Proctor Public Schools is seeking parents and community members to offer their voice to a variety of district committees that meet throughout the school year. The committees include:

DISTRICT WELLNESS COMMITTEE - The Proctor Public Schools District Wellness Committee brings together parents, community members, staff, and students to help support the health and well-being of our school community. Members provide input on topics such as nutrition, physical activity, mental and emotional wellness, health education, and other efforts that help our students and staff thrive.

DISTRICT POLICY COMMITTEE - The Proctor Public Schools Policy Committee reviews district policies to help ensure they are clear, current, legally compliant, and aligned with the needs and priorities of our schools and community. Members provide input on new and existing policies covering topics such as student expectations, school operations, safety, personnel, academics, technology, and other areas that guide how the district operates.

DISTRICT ADVISORY COMMITTEE - The Proctor Public Schools Curriculum Committee brings together parents, community members, staff, and district leaders to provide input on what and how students learn across our schools. Members may review curriculum, instructional materials, academic programs, state standards, assessment practices, and new learning opportunities to help ensure all students receive a high-quality and engaging education.

ACTIVITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE - The Proctor Public Schools Activity Advisory Committee brings together parents, community members, students, coaches, advisors, and district staff to provide input on the district’s athletic and extracurricular programs. Members may discuss topics such as program offerings, participation opportunities, student and spectator expectations, facilities, scheduling, communication, safety, and ways to create positive and inclusive experiences for all students.
