During the 2019-2020 school year, the Strategic Planning Committee establish new, clear statements of the Proctor School District's Vision and Mission Statements.  The Proctor School Board officially adopted and approved our Vision and Mission at the November 11, 2019, School Board Meeting. The District is proud to present our new Vision and Mission Statements:
